5. Cleaner
Tap the Cleaner icon to clean the system Cache and Memory.
6. Sport Center
9 Exercise Mode: Time Countdown, Calorie Countdown, Distance Countdown, Step Countdown, Work Out,
Heart Pulse Control, Runway Mode, Real View Run & Custom Mode.
Recommend no more than 60 minutes per running.
The incline setting will increase the difculty of the run, imitate the
Resistance of the road running, and make the run as close to an outdoor
run. However, if the incline is too high, the speed of the treadmill should be
properly adjusted to avoid any injuries.
To dene a suitable running speed, the runner should start sweating, but
without the feeling of being out of breath and very uncomfortable.
NOTE: Be sure to check that the Safety Key is inserted before exercising. If any abnormal situations occur
during the exercise, pull the Safety Key out. The treadmill will quickly decelerating and come to a stop.
Please pay attention to your heart rate during the exercise: the highest heart rate should be controlled
under (220 – age)/min (this is the limit value, for general exercise and it’s best to not exceed 90% of this
value). For an older user, this highest value needs to be reduced a little more;
Wait between 30 and 60 minutes after meals before starting any strenuous exercise.
Tap the Sport Center icon to enter the main interface.
Choose the way of exercising according to your own sports goals.
