Recheck
all bolts and nuts are
tightened securely
before use the machine
ASSEMBLY STEP
STEP 1
Remove all parts from the carton.
STEP 2
Connect Computer Cable (Lower) (38) with Computer Cable (Middle) (37).
STEP 3
• Hand tighten Right and Left Handrails (4,5) into the Frame Base (2) with 8 pcs of5/16”x 15m/m
• Button Head Socket Screws (94) and 2pcs of 5/16” x 19 x 1.5T
• Curved Washers (95) by using the Combination M5 Allen Wrench & Phillips Screwdriver (97).
STEP 4
Connect Computer Cable (Middle) (37) with Computer cable (Upper) (36).
STEP 5
• Install the Console Support (6) into the Right and Left Handrails (4,5) with 6 pcs of 5/16” x15m/m Button Head
Socket Screws (94) 2pcs of 5/16” x 19 x 1.5T Curved Washers (95) byusing the Combination M5 Allen Wrench &
Phillips Screwdriver (97).
• Install Computer Cable (Upper) (36) into the Console (39).
• Install Speed Adjustment Switch W/Cable (25) into the Console (39).
• Install Incline Adjustment Switch W/Cable (26) into Console (39).
• Install Handpulse Cable (27-1) into Console (39).
STEP 6
Install the Console (39) onto Console Support (6) with 4 pcs of M5 x15m/m Phillips HeadScrews (96) by using the
Combination M5 Allen Wrench & Phillips Screwdriver (97).
