Error codes
The following error codes can be indicated on the control panel:
Error code Cause Remedy
Hi The room's humidity
level is too high.
Switch the device off and
do not take the device back
into operation until the
room humidity level has
increased.
E1 The sensor for the
evaporation
temperature is
damaged.
Switch off the device and
call the customer service.
Lo The room humidity
level is too low.
The compressor stops and
the fan continues to run.
