Why does my Troy-Bilt 1903 Pressure Washer have low pressure?
    • C
      Christine BradyJul 30, 2025
If your Troy-Bilt Pressure Washer pump isn't producing pressure, has erratic pressure, chatters, loses pressure, or has low water volume, there are several possible causes. First, make sure you're using a high-pressure spray tip instead of a low-pressure one. Check if the water inlet is blocked and clear it if necessary. Ensure you have an adequate water supply. Inspect the inlet hose for kinks or leaks; straighten the hose or patch any leaks. Also, check and clean the inlet hose strainer. The water supply shouldn't be over 100°F; use a cooler water supply. Clear any blockages in the high-pressure hose and replace the gun if it leaks. Clean the spray tip if it's obstructed. If none of these steps work, the pump may be faulty, and you should contact an authorized service facility.

How to fix Troy-Bilt 1903 not mixing detergent?
    • K
      Katherine GarzaAug 14, 2025
If detergent fails to mix with the spray of your Troy-Bilt Pressure Washer, ensure the detergent siphoning tube is fully submerged in the detergent. Check the chemical filter for clogs or cracks, and clean or replace it as needed. Replace the spray tip with a low pressure spray tip. If you have a dirty in-line filter, refer to the section about checking the in-line filter.
