  If your Troy-Bilt Blower won't start, several factors could be the cause. You may not be following the correct starting procedures, so refer to the Starting/Stopping section for guidance. The carburetor mixture adjustment setting might be incorrect, in which case you should have it adjusted by a Troy-Bilt or other qualified service dealer. A fouled spark plug could also be the problem; try cleaning/gapping or replacing it. Ensure the fuel tank isn't empty and is filled with properly mixed fuel. Finally, make sure you are pressing the primer bulb fully and slowly 10 times.

The fuel may be old or improperly mixed, drain the gas tank and add a fresh fuel mixture. The air filter may be plugged, replace or clean the air filter. The spark plug may be fouled, replace or clean the spark plug.
