Why Troy-Bilt TB320BV Blower engine will not start?
- NNicholas WilsonJul 26, 2025
If your Troy-Bilt Blower engine won't start, several factors could be the reason. Ensure the Blue EZ-Start lever is in the starting position and the throttle lever is set to FAST. Check if the fuel tank is empty and, if so, fill it with properly mixed fuel. Make sure you have pressed the primer bulb fully and slowly 10 times. If the engine is flooded, pull the starter rope up to 10-15 times. Old or improperly mixed fuel can also be a culprit, so drain the tank and add a fresh fuel mixture. A fouled spark plug or a plugged spark arrestor might also prevent starting; in this case, replace or clean these components. Lastly, extreme temperatures (below 40º F or above 90º F) can affect engine start.
