If the default keypad passcode for your TRU-BOLT Door lock isn't working after connecting to the lock with the app, the default passcode is invalid. It has been replaced with a new passcode generated by the app, which you should change.

If your TRU-BOLT Door lock is not functioning electronically, make sure that all batteries are fresh, high-quality alkaline batteries and are installed with the correct polarity (+ -). Also, check that the control wire is securely attached to the interior assembly.
