Why won't my TRU-BOLT Door lock function electronically?

If your TRU-BOLT Door lock isn't functioning electronically, ensure that all batteries are fresh, high-quality alkaline batteries and that they are installed with the correct polarity (+ -). Also, check that the Control Wire is properly attached to the Interior Assembly.
