PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS:
*There are 16 workload levels available for preset workouts. Level 1 is the lightest and the workload increases up to the
heaviest workload, 16.
Quick Start:
A workout in which the user controls all settings. The workout continues until it is ended by the user.
Begin Pedaling.
Enter the user’s weight.
Press START to begin the workout.
Manual:
Users enter their weight, workout time or distance. The user controls the workout intensity throughout the workout.
Begin Pedaling.
Enter the user’s weight.
Press the MANUAL workout button, followed by ENTER.
Use the numeric keypad or workload keys to enter the workout time.
Press START to begin the workout.
Hills:
A series of gradual increasing and decreasing WORKLOAD changes that simulate hills. Users can adjust the
WORKLOAD at any time during the workout to increase or decrease intensity of the hills.
Begin Pedaling.
Enter the user’s weight.
Press the HILLS workout button, followed by ENTER.
Use the numeric keypad or workload keys to enter the workout level.
Use the numeric keypad or workload keys to enter the workout time.
Press START to begin the workout.
