Why my Tsurumi Pump Water Pump will not start?
    • J
      Joseph RogersAug 6, 2025
If your Tsurumi Pump Water Pump won't start, the issue could be due to several reasons. First, ensure that the power is on; if not, restore it. Secondly, check the cabtyre cable for any cuts or improper connections; repair or replace the cable and fix the connection if necessary. Lastly, inspect the pump for any clogs in the impeller and remove any debris.

What to do if my Tsurumi Pump LH Water Pump stops soon after starting?
    • C
      carolyn39Aug 13, 2025
If your Tsurumi Pump Water Pump stops soon after starting and the motor protector activates, it might be due to a clogged impeller. Remove any debris to resolve this. Additionally, low voltage could be the cause, so ensure the pump is receiving the rated voltage and that the cabtyre cable extension meets the proper standard. Also, extended operation with a clogged strainer can cause this issue, so remove debris from the strainer. Check the power frequency on the name plate; if it's wrong, replace the pump. In case of excessive sand discharge, place the pump on a block to prevent sand from being sucked in. If none of these resolve the issue, the motor may be faulty and require repair or replacement.

How to improve the lift of my Tsurumi Pump LH?
    • M
      Miss Alexis RamosAug 22, 2025
If your Tsurumi Pump Water Pump has poor lift or discharge capacity, it could be due to a worn-out impeller, which would need to be replaced. Also, check for any sharply bent or clogged hoses and straighten any sharp bends or enclose the pump with a screen to keep away debris. Another potential issue is a clogged or buried strainer stand; remove any debris from it or place a block under the pump. Also, examine if the motor direction is reversed.

Why is my Tsurumi Pump Water Pump generating noise?
    • H
      Heather Mccall MDAug 28, 2025
If your Tsurumi Pump Water Pump is generating unusual noise or vibration, it might be due to insufficient grease in the bearing. Try adding grease to the bearing. In case of damaged motor bearing, contact dealer and replace motor.
