      If your TurboChef Convection Oven has a blank display, start by verifying that the oven is receiving the correct power supply of 208 VAC or 240 VAC. Then, check the power going to the 24VDC power supply, ensuring it has 208 or 240 VAC across the L and N terminals. If there is no voltage, replace the F1 and F2 fuses. If the voltage is okay, verify the output of the power supply is 24 VDC. If there is no output, disconnect the rear cooling fan from the power supply and unplug the unit from the wall receptacle. Then reconnect the oven and check if the screen comes up. Re-connect the rear cooling fan back into the circuit and short cooling fan thermostat. If unit display shuts down then replace Rear Cooling Fan. If oven screen comes up even with the rear cooling fan and thermostat shorted acro...
