If you're experiencing a lack of sound with your Turtle Beach Headset, there are several potential causes and solutions: 1. **Low Battery:** If you are using an Ear Force SuperAmp, turn it to the “Off” position to bypass the battery. If you can hear audio, charge your SuperAmp before switching it back “On”. 2. **Master Volume:** Ensure that your Master Volume is turned up. Press the Function Select button until the LED below the Master Volume control is lit, then turn the Level Adjust control counter-clockwise. 3. **Loose Connection:** Verify that the headset is fully inserted into the Ear Force Super Amp, and that the Super Amp is fully inserted into the audio source.
