Engraving Using the Computer
1. Assembly Process
• Consult the "Woodpecker CNC Assembly Guide" for comprehensive assembly
instructions.
2. Debugging Phase
• Proceed to install the CH340 driver program.
Double-click on CH340SER, then select Installation. Allow the
installation program to complete. (This driver program is
compatible with XP 32/64 and WIN7 32/64 systems.)
Right-click on My Computer, navigate to Management, then proceed to Equipment
Manager and select Ports. Verify the presence of a CH340 Port number. If the
installation was successful, a COMx designation will be visible; remember the number
indicated after COM.
