PCIe Hot Plug
Enable/Disable PCIe Hot Plug globally.
Disabled / Enabled / Auto / Manual
PCIe ACPI Hot Plug
Enable/Disable PCIe ACPI Hot Plug globally, or allow per-port control. When
Disabled, MSI is generated on HP event. When Enabled, _HPGPE message is
generated.
