Installation Steps

Step 1: Initial Bumper Preparation

Remove plastic lower air dam carefully and identify factory hardware for potential reinstallation.

Step 2: Driver/Left Side Mounting Prep

Prepare the driver/left side mounting location by inserting bolt plates and retainers.

Step 3: Driver/Left Frame Bracket Installation

Attach the driver/left frame mounting bracket to the bumper using specified hardware.

Step 4: Driver/Left Support Bracket Attachment

Attach the driver/left support bracket to the frame, accommodating models with or without tow hooks.

Step 5: Support Bracket to Frame Bracket Connection

Connect the support bracket to the frame bracket using the provided hardware.

Step 6: Passenger Side Installation

Repeat installation steps for the passenger/right side frame and support brackets.

Step 7: Tube Bracket Attachment to Guard

Attach tube mounting brackets to the ends of the Tyger Guard with loose hardware.

Step 8: Guard to Mounting Brackets Attachment

Position the Tyger Guard with tube brackets and attach to mounting brackets without tightening.

Step 9: Initial Tightening and Adjustment

Check guard centering and levelness, then tighten mounting brackets and tube bracket hardware.

Step 10: Air Dam Modification

Mark and cut a slot in the air dam to accommodate the mounted brackets.

Step 11: Air Dam Reinstallation

Reinstall the modified air dam using the original factory hardware.

Step 12: Reinstall Tyger Guard

Reinstall the Tyger Guard onto the vehicle as described in Step 8.

Step 13: Final Adjustment and Tightening

Level and adjust the Tyger Guard, then fully tighten all associated hardware.

Step 14: Periodic Inspections

Conduct regular checks to ensure all installation hardware remains secure and tight.
