One handle included in the parts list.
One flashlight mount included in the parts list.
One caster assembly included in the parts list.
Two hex bolts included in the parts list.
One bolt included in the parts list.

Two lock washers included in the parts list.
One wing nut included in the parts list.
Install flashlight mount to handle as shown in Figure 1.
Loosen wing nut, adjust angle, and re-tighten wing nut.
Attach mirror to handle using hex bolts and 9/16" wrench.
Remove protective cover on center bolt of caster assembly.
Tighten caster assembly to mirror back using lock washer.
Use mild glass cleaner and a soft cloth to clean the mirror.
Do not use cleaners containing ammonia, as it may damage the mirror.
