PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Irregular operation
Water level in skimmer is too low. Fill the swimming pool and lter.
The lter is empty. Fill the lter.
The product’s throughput is low.
Du
e to prolonged use, the lter is dirty. Activate the automatic cleaning mode.
The lter is empty. Fill the lter.
Water is leaking out of the lter opening.
The surfaces between the valve and
the lter are dirty.
Clean the multi-port valve, make proper connections and tighten
the hose clamps suitably.
The clamp is loose
The lter valve leaks at the end for the drain output
(WASTE).
Improper use
of chemicals or use of unsuitable chemicals has
damaged the product’s inner seals.
Replace the top cover of the valve.
Avoid emptying chemical products in the preliminary lter basket
or
the skimmer.
Due to improper use, the head valve is defective
(tightened too fast).
Replace the head valve and avoid excessive tightening.
The pump motor does not start
Not getting electricity Check electrical lines.
Defective motor Contact your
dealer.
Water return is very weak (return inow) Check the lter pressure, the multi-port valve and the exible line connection for signs of the problem’s cause.
The pressure gauge indicates the pressure is too high
The
lter is clogged. Rinse the lter.

The pressure gauge indicates the pressure is too low.
The pump’s preliminary lter basket is clogged. Clean it.
The skimmer basket is clogged. Clean it.
The pump turbine is clogged. Clean it.

Air intake during suction Check the tightness of the hydraulic connections.

We guarantee this product for two years against provable material and manufacturing faults, starting from the date of purchase. The original purchasing proof must be presented for
claims under this guarantee. The guarantee does not
cover complaints caused by assembly and/or operating faults, insucient care, frost damage, improper repair attempts, use of
force, third party faults, overload, mechanical damages or impact of foreign bodies. Also excluded from the g
uarantee are all complaints regarding damages to parts and/or problems,
which are due to wear. The warranty is void if the electrical cable and/or the plug are replaced, removed or damaged.
