You have purchased a technical device that it is simple and convenient to operate. Nevertheless, certain precautions are required to ensure the device performs as desired. Read this
manual carefully before you begin to install this p
roduct and store it in a place where you are sure to nd it again.
To use the lter system, you will require a skimmer, i.e. either a built-in skimmer (integrated in the wood or steel wall) or a hanging
skimmer (attached to the wood or steel wall).
Please note that proper function can only be guaranteed if the water is chemically treated in addition to the ltration. Consult your local dealer for further details and assistance ab
out
water maintenance, water maintenance substances and chemicals as well as accessories, maintenance products and accessories.

Safety Instructions
• The electrical service and connections shall comply with product specications. Consult your local utility for specic information about the utility regulations, guidelines and s
pecics. Do not connect
the pump to the source of electricity if the electricity does not comply with specied instructions, regulations, standards and/or codes!
Consult your local electrician for further information.
• All electrical work shall be performed solely by qualied
electricians.
• Never use an extension cord to connect the pump to the electrical service.
• The distance from the pump to the swimming pool shall exceed more than 2 metres.
• The source of electricity (electrical socket) shall be at least 3.5 metres from the
swimming pool.
• The ltration group pump must be supplied by a circuit separation transformer or by a circuit comprising a residual dierential current device (RDD),
of assigned operation dierential current not exceeding 30mA (Class I s
wimming pool pump).
• If the electric cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualied person in order to avoid any danger.
• Never lift or pull the pump with the electrical cable and never pull on the electrical cable.
• Always shut o the power before disconnecting the electrical cable. Never work on the pump without rst making sure that the power has really been shut o.
• This pump is not suitable for installation or operation in
wet locations or underwater. Do not install it in swimming pools and do not allow it to fall into water.
• The pump is suitable for pumping water that does not exceed a temperature of 50° C.
• Do not operate the pump
if it is not connected to a source of water, as this will lead to irreparable damage.
• The pump shall not be used by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities or persons with insucient knowledge and experience unless
a person who is responsible
for their safety supervises such persons or unless the persons have been suitably instructed prior to using the product. Children must be carefully watched to ensure that they do not
play with the
product.
• The lter shall not be used if it is not properly lled. The sand shall not exceed more than 2/3 of the tank’s capacity.
• NEVER touch the product with a wet body or wet hands if it is tu
rned on. Make sure the ground surface is dry before beginning work or maintenance on the product.
• Neither adults nor children are to lean on the product or use it for support. Children must be carefully supervised to ensu
re that they don’t play with the product.
• Chemical products, such as chlorine, algaecides or water clariers shall under no circumstances be poured or placed in the pump’s sand lter or the preliminary lter basket and/or
the skimmer, as this may damage the product’s materials or reduce product performance.

• Use of the pool must be prohibitied if the lter system is defective.
• any damaged part of the ltration unit has to be replaced without any delay. Use only components approved by the supplier.
• When chemical
s have been used to treat the pool water, it is recommended to maintain a minimum ltration time to preserve the health of bathers which depends on compliance
with health rules.
