Note: Refer to the illustration below and the information on page 4 for correct vent
and termination locations.
Identify the vent location
- Mount and install the appliance as
indicated in the water heater instructions.
- Mark position on wall or use template
provided with the water heater
- Take into account the minimum distance
(2 inches or 50 mm) above grade for the
wall passage.
- Cut hole 5.5“ (140 mm) diameter, covering
top of the appliance to prevent debris
from entering.
