7.7.1Description
If the EF
CSP
(Customer Service Profile) is available the +PACSP URC is provided in the following cases:
• SARA-R4 / SARA-N4 - at the module registration
• SARA-R4 / SARA-N4 - whenever the SIM/USIM issues the REFRESH proactive command related to the
EF
CSP
For further information, see the AT&T Device Requirements [61].
The EF
CSP
is available on SIM/USIM cards from AT&T mobile network operator.

Parameter Type Description
<bit_value> Number PLMN mode bit value:
• 0: automatic network selection is forced (see Notes)
• 1: network selection mode unchanged (see Notes)
7.7.4Notes
• If EF
CSP
is available, the PLMN mode bit forces the automatic network registration, according to the
+COPS <mode> value which is loaded at boot from the selected profile (see the Appendix B.1 and &V). The
following table explains the behavior:
