      If your UPC Gateway isn't sending or receiving data, and you also have cable TV, check that the TV is working with a clear picture. Inspect the coaxial cable at both the Connect Box and the wall outlet, tightening it by hand if necessary. Also, ensure the Ethernet cable is properly connected between the Connect Box and your computer. If a device connects via Ethernet, check the LINK LEDs on the rear panel to verify connectivity. Finally, check the IP address.

      If none of the LEDs on your UPC Gateway turn on, it could be a power issue. First, make sure you're using the correct power adapter and that it's properly connected to both the Connect Box and the wall socket (or power source). Verify that the power source is working correctly by checking fuses or circuit breakers. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the power adapter to both the power source and the Connect Box.
