UPLIFT STEEL CROSSBAR (OPTIONAL)
The Steel Crossbar is available for maximum stability for your Commercial-Grade UPLIFT Desk and
adds additional side-to-side stability for your workstation.
This Steel Crossbar accessory is not required to complete assembly of your desk, but can be ac-
quired and installed to your desk later to add even more strength if you desire it.

Step 1
Raise your desk up for easy access to the Leg’s mount-
ing plates. Position the Crossbar between the desk
legs and orient it so the side with the holes (marked
with “ ”) is facing down toward the oor.

Step 2
Starting on one side, line up the holes on the end of the
Crossbar with the holes on one of the Leg’s mounting
plates. Have a friend hold it in place while you attach
using two (2) M8x12 screws (H1s).
Rotate each screw only a few turns to avoid cross-
threading.
Do not tighten fully until step 2.
Step 3
With your friend still holding the Crossbar in place, ex-
tend the other end to the opposite Leg’s mounting
plate and attach using the two remaining (2) M8x12
screws (H1s). After both ends of the Crossbar are at-
tached to the desk, you can fully tighten down all of
the M8x12 screws using the 5mm Allen wrench (H3s).
Step 4
To further stabilize your desk’s Crossbar, install the
two (2) M6x12 Screws (H2s) in the holes on the under-
side of the Crossbar. This will ensure the two halves
of the Crossbar are secure and will not move, or slide
out of place.
Tighten down using the 4mm Allen wrench (H4s). As
you tighten down both Screws, make sure both are in
contact with the inner Crossbar tube.
