Notes when assembling the parts (Bottom plate driving gear)
T OPIC :
Prevention of the service call error C1010 due to the wrong attachment of the bottom plate driving gear.
N OTE :
If gears X and Y were attached to each position when assembling the bottom plate drive section (Note1), boss Z of the
cassette left guide (Note2), that is the fulcrum shaft for gear Y) might be damaged and the service call error C1010 (lift motor
error) might appear accordingly.
Be sure to attach gears X and Y to the correct positions when assembling.
Note1: While gears X and Y are the white gears with the similar shape, the numbers of their teeth differ by 1.
Accordingly, if the main unit is driven with gear X that was attached to boss Z where gear Y should be attached, the
speed should be reduced but actually will be quickened, so the excessive load is applied here and boss Z might be
broken from its root. In that case, the bottom plate cannot be raised, and the service call error C1010 will appear.
