      If your UTICA BOILERS Boiler has no power between points 4 and 1, here are several possible causes and solutions: * The limit might be off. In this case, turn the limit on. * There might be a bad transformer. If so, replace the transformer. * There could be loose or broken connections. Tighten, repair, or replace any faulty connections. * A fuse may be blown, or a circuit breaker tripped. Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker. * The disconnect switch might be off. Turn the switch on. * The harness might not be plugged into the receptacle on the aquastat. Ensure the harness is plugged in.

      If your UTICA BOILERS Boiler shows no power between points 4 and 2, but does have power between 4 and 1 when calling for heat, consider the following: * The thermostat may not be calling for heat. Turn the thermostat up to call for heat. * The heat anticipator may be burned out. Replace the thermostat. * There might be loose or broken connections. Tighten, repair, or replace any faulty connections. * The operating limit, pressure control, or low water cutoff may be off. Turn the operating limit, pressure control, or low water cutoff ON. * The blocked vent switch or flame roll out may be off. Reset or replace the switch.
