place the beater on a solid surface and remove each of the 3 slidere from
the beater individually (push the slider downwards until it releases fron
the shaft);
after removal each slider must be very carefully inspected for wear and
deformations;
remove the shaft seal from the beater (in the case, the shaft seal is
cracked, worn or inelastic it has to be replaced by a new seal);
