 After washing rinse the parts with water.
12.3.4 SANITIZE THE PARTS
After the parts had been rinsed, they should be allowed to soak in sanitizing
solution for 3-5 minutes.
 Fill the sink with sanitizing solution.
 After being rinsed, the disassembled parts should be soaked in sanitizing
solution for 3-5 minutes.
 Allow the parts to air dry on sanitized surface.
12.3.5 LUBRICATION AND REASSEMBLY
The gaskets, edge of chute and both screw threads of outlet hole cover
assembly should be greased with food grade lube.
Before lubrication and reassembly you must sanitize your hands!
Reattach and lubricate hole cover seal.


