Servo Linkage and Fuselage Integration

Step 9: Install Servos

Install the aileron, elevator, and rudder servos onto the fuselage from nose to tail.

Step 10: Integrate Vertical Fuselage

Slide the vertical fuselage into the horizontal fuselage, aligning tabs with slots.

Step 11: Secure Fuselage Halves

Use foam safe glue and a square to join the vertical and horizontal fuselage sections.

Step 12: Prepare Zigzag Edges

Use a knife to cut a 45-degree bevel on the glue edges of the zigzag component.

Step 13: Position Zigzag Component

Position the zigzag component onto the fuselage and glue it from tail to front.

Step 1: Prepare Linkage Items

Locate the necessary items for servo linkage installation as shown in the image.

Step 2: Connect Pushrods

Use thin CA glue and heat shrinking tube to connect the pushrod to the carbon fiber rod.

Control Surface Linkage Installation

Step 3: Prepare Aileron Horn

Cut a slot for the horn along the marked line on the aileron and glue it.

Recommended CG Point

The recommended Center of Gravity (CG) is 218mm (8.6 inches) from the nose.
