6.3.1 System Update
To do so, download the new firmware file from www.vdigi.com.hk. Unzip the
file and then put .xml and .bin files to the USB disk. Insert the USB disk into the
USB port of the rear panel or front panel of VD
i-S when it is switched on. Then,
firmware update will begin.

i-S’s official website.
6.3.3 Customer Services
Enter this Interface to obtain VD
i-S’s customer service hotline number.
6.4 Product information
Enter this Interface to view product information.
7. Troubleshooting
i) Front Panel backlight and VFD is off and VDi-S does not power on by
pressing the Power Key:
Check if the power supply is connected properly.
ii) No video:
a) Check whether the video cable is connected correctly and firmly
b) Check whether VD
i-S is powered on
c) Check whether TV is turned on, and TV input mode is correct
iii) No Audio:
a) Check whether the audio cable is connected correctly and firmly.
b) Adjust the sound volume of TV and receiver to appropriate.
iv) Video picture is not good:
a) Check whether the antenna installed properly.
