10.2 Pump station with pump control function
The waste water from households and industry, together with surface
water, is fed to the sewage treatment plant via an extensive network
ofsewers.Ifthenaturalgradientisnotsucient,variouspumping
stationsarerequiredtocompensateforthedierencesinheight.The
level measurement in the inlet shaft serves for the economic control
of the pumps. The intelligent control of several pumps can be easily
adjusted by the controller.

When pump control is activated, the assigned relays and possible
pump malfunctions are also displayed in the status bar of the meas-
ured value indication.
