Whitelisting the Server

Installing the Online Connection Kit

Connecting the Antenna Module

Screw antenna onto receiver, connect receiver to server via USB, fix receiver to wall. Orient antenna for best signal.

Connecting the Ethernet Cable

Connect the server to the LAN port using the supplied RJ-45 cable for network access.

Powering on the Server

Plug the server into an electrical outlet with the supplied power cord. Connect to a UPS for reliability.

Installing Thermostats

Programming the thermostat with the Network Programmer

Connect the Network Programmer to the thermostat's T-shape opening and press the black button to initiate programming.

Wiring the thermostat

Power off HVAC unit, connect wiring harness to wall wires, then plug harness into thermostat. Refer to wiring tables.

Mounting the thermostat to the wall

Remove cover, use anchors/screws to secure thermostat, follow configuration instructions, then replace cover.

Configuring Thermostats

Setting the thermostat clock

Set the thermostat clock to the current time using the 'Up'/'Down' buttons for hours/minutes and 'Fan' to advance.

Entering the room number

Enter the room number by changing digits on the screen using 'Up'/'Down' buttons and 'Fan' to advance to the next digit.

Configuring the Equipment Settings - Compressor Type

Set the compressor type by changing the first digit on the thermostat screen (0=None, 1=Heat Pump, 2=AC).

Configuring the Equipment Settings - Electric Heat

Configure electric heat settings by changing the second digit on the thermostat screen (0=No, 1=Yes).

Configuring the Equipment Settings - Reversing Valve

Set the reversing valve by changing the third digit (0=Cool, 1=Heat). Consult PTAC docs for correct setting.

Configuring the Energy Saving Settings

Select an energy saving preset (0-5) using the 'Up'/'Down' buttons to adjust energy saving levels.
