What to do if my Verilux Rise & Shine VA05F Alarm Clock has no radio or no sound?

If your Verilux Alarm Clock has no radio or no sound, make sure the Radio icon is displayed. If it isn't, press the Radio button. Also, increase the volume. For better reception, attach the external antenna and adjust its location.
