5. Radio Button
Play the radio at any time by pressing the Radio

button. Use the or button to select the desired
station. Use the volume buttons to set the volume.

turn off the radio.
6. The Back and Forward Buttons
The Back
button and the Forward button
are used to set the time of day, the alarm time or to
advance between options.
7. Sleep Button
Pushing the Sleep button
Sleep
begins a sleep cycle
with a default time of 5 minutes. Pressing the Sleep button
repeatedly allows you to select a sleep cycle length of
0 (off), 5, 15, 30 or 60 minutes. The sleep cycle you’ve
chosen begins about two seconds after your final button
press, and the light goes on to the brightness level at
which it had been set previously. To turn off the sleep
cycle, press the “Off” button

8. Display Button (Off / Normal / Bright)
The Display button

controls the brightness of the
LCD display. Press repeatedly to choose between Off,
Normal and Bright. If the backlight is off, pressing any
other button will momentarily set the backlight to normal.

turns off the FM radio, natural
soundscapes and the light. The Off button can also be
used to stop a sleep or wake cycle.
10. Alarm Button
The alarm button
Alarm
activates or de-activates the dual
alarms. Press as needed to select:
• AL1Displayed(Alarm1On)
• AL2Displayed(Alarm2On)
• (AL1andAL2)Displayed(Alarms1and2On)
When an alarm sounds, press the Off button

to
turn off the alarm. It will remain activated.
