To reset your Palm:
1. Make sure you have backed up any files you want to
keep.
2. Access device settings.
3. Tap System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory
reset).
4. Tap Reset Phone and follow the prompts.
5. Your device will restart. Follow the setup wizard to set
up your Palm as new.
About Phone
Find information about your Palm, including device status,
legal information, hardware model, serial number, software
version, and more in the About Phone menu. To access:
1. Access device settings.
2. Tap System > About phone.
3. Tap an item to view more information about your
Palm.
