WARRANTY AGREEMENT
Vibration Research Corporation warrants the controller hardware to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of three (3) years from your original date of purchase. This warranty shall be extended as long as you agree to remain
under an Upgrades and Support Agreement subscription with Vibration Research Corporation; provided, however that in the
event of discontinuance of product manufacture, Vibration Research warranty support is limited to six (6) years from the
announcement of discontinuance. This warranty covers hardware failure under normal operating conditions and does not cover
damage due to ordinary wear and tear, nor your neglect, misuse, or failure to follow instructions relating to the hardware’s use.
Vibration Research Corporation does not warrant that the operation of the hardware will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Hardware Warranty
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM
STATE TO STATE. VIBRATION RESEARCH CORPORATIONS’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR HARDWARE DEFECTS IS LIMITED TO
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICE AS DETERMINED BY VIBRATION RESEARCH CORPORATION IN ITS SOLE
DISCRETION. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES
AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN TIME TO THE
TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER THE
EXPIRATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN
IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or
impaired.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBRATION RESEARCH
CORPORATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING
FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF
PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS
OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR
ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF
EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR
DATA STORED OR USED WITH VIBRATION RESEARCH CORPORATION PRODUCTS.
This Agreement shall be construed, interpreted, and governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and any action hereunder
shall be brought only in Michigan.

Dangerous voltages are present within the power supply. Disconnect power supply before servicing.
1. Important Safety Instructions
The enclosure access is restricted to authorized competent personnel only. For safe installation and operation of this product,
follow the instructions below:
(a) All servicing, repair, and testing of these products must be carried out by competent personnel who are conversant with the
particular hazards of AC line operated equipment, and with the particular dangers of switch mode power supplies.
(b) After disconnecting the AC source, allow 5 minutes before touching the unit to allow capacitors within the unit to discharge.
(c) Heatsinks within these products may be live. Test before touching.
(d) These products must be reliably earthed and professionally installed in accordance with the prevailing electrical wiring
regulations and safety standards.
IMPORTANT: REPLACE FUSE WITH SAME TYPE AND RATING AS THAT FITTED (2A/250V).
