Requirements of the installation loca-
tion:
■ Frost and flood proof
■ Well ventilated
■ Easily accessible for installation and
maintenance work
■ Installation of a drinking water filter to
EN 13443, Part 1 immediately down-
stream of the water meter equipment
is recommended.
■ Observe applicable standard
EN 12056 when connecting the fun-
nel to the drain network.
Note
■ The connection line must have a
stagnation-proof design. Expelled
water must be able to drain away by
gravity.
■ Before installation, carefully flush out
the pipework.
1. Remove the insulation shell.
2. If mounting on a wall:
■ Either side of the fill station can
be secured to the wall mounting
bracket.
■
Fit wall mounting bracket A
(accessory) to the wall.
■ Remove pressure gauge plug on
fill station
B
.
■ Secure fill station to the wall
mounting bracket.
3. Fit the drain valve to the other side.
4. Secure the fill station in place with
screw fittings and re-install the insu-
lation shell.
5. If not already installed, screw on
the cartridge underneath the fill sta-
tion.
If using 14 and 30 litre car-
tridges:
■ The strainer in the fill station is
not required.
■ Remove the strainer, remove the
O-ring on the fill station and
screw the cartridge directly onto
the fill station.
Note
If required, the upper section of the dig-
ital capacity control can be turned in
90° steps after first undoing the screws.
