7. Communication with Various Vision Test Devices
UDR-800P could be connected a various optometry devices with a single network.
Chart Projector: ACP series, ULC series
Auto Ref / Keratometer: URK series
Auto Lensmeter: ULM series
7.1 Option setting for Chart (ACP, ULC series)
To use UDR-800P proper, Chart Projector must be installed. In case Chart Projector is installed, just
follow as below to choose the options
Set up ‘ACP-900’ or ‘ULC-900’ the CHART on Environment page, then touch EXIT.

7.2 Option setting for Auto Ref/Keratometer((URK series) and Lensmeter (ULM series)
It’s recommended to install URK series and ULM series to make full use of the function of UDR-
800P.
Set up the TYPE to UDTF2 and Baudrate to 9600 in URK, ULM series.
