WARRANTY AND SERVICE
Authorized Service Centers for A1
Whether you use the A1 for hunting or wildlife monitoring or farm
monitoring, a reliable camera repair service is key in ensuring that you
continue to enjoy your photographing experience. If your A1 isn't
performing as it should, making a strange noise, doing strange things, or if
you're just unsure. Please describe the problem you are experiencing in as
much detailing as possible and send your order information along to our
customer service team. Our customer service team will get back to you as
soon as possible. If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours, please
send us another email, which may have been undelivered.
Warranty for A1
Vikeri offers a 30-day free replace/refund and an one-year warranty.
Please remember or write down your order number or keep your other
proof of purchase. We will use these documents to verify your order
information and provide you with efficient and convenient after-sales
service. Vikeri are responsible for all quality issues of the product itself.
Corrosion and artificial damage are not covered under warranty.
Customer service team will carry out relevant verification based on the
photos provided by the customers. Vikeri will either repair or replace due
to non-conformities or manufacture defect.
