16.1 Fault rectification

Urinal not flushing No power supply
•
Make sure that the battery
compartment / power supply unit
is connected to the controller.
•
Check the connection between
the power supply unit and the
domestic power connection.
•
Check cable connection.
•
Check battery (diagnostics mode,
see "Diagnosis & user statistics",
page 70).
•
Check battery (diagnostics
mode, see separate operating
instructions).
No water supply
•
Open the stop cock on the water
supply line.
•
Make sure that the solenoid valve
is connected to the controller.
•
Check the functioning of the
solenoid valve (diagnostics mode,
see "Diagnosis & user statistics",
page 70 or check via app).
•
Check the functioning of the
solenoid valve (diagnostics mode,
