What to do if ViscoTec Dispenser conveys too little medium?

If your ViscoTec Dispenser isn't conveying enough medium, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the motor is properly connected and the mains connection is functional. Check and, if necessary, increase the primary pressure, ensuring an adequate supply of medium through a clear hose. Inspect the static mixing pipe for blockages, cleaning or replacing it as needed. Verify the stator anti-rotation lock is present and correctly inserted. If the stator is swollen or worn, replacement is necessary. Also, confirm that the dispenser speed isn't too low, and increase it if needed. Finally, make sure that the medium hasn't hardened, and if it has, clean the dispenser.
