Warranty Information
Your Portion Blending System, depending on the model purchased, may or may not
have a Limited One-Year Warranty provided by Vita-Mix or the distributor in the country
(outside the US and Canada) in which your machine was purchased. If your machine has a
warranty from Vita-Mix (which would be designated by the item number purchased), please
complete and mail back the included warranty card. This card must be on file at Vita-Mix for
your machine to be serviced. For customers in the US and Canada, if you have any ques-
tions phone your distributor or Vita-Mix at 440-235-0214. If purchased outside the US or
Canada please contact your authorized Vita-Mix distributor.
