  If your Vivax LED TV shows no sound or picture, first ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working AC outlet. Then, check that the power switch on the bottom right edge of the front panel is turned on. Try pressing the [POWER] button on the remote to take the unit out of Standby mode. Finally, verify that the LED light is illuminated, either red or blue, indicating the TV is receiving power.

  If you are getting sound but no picture, or a black and white picture on your Vivax LED TV, first unplug the TV from the AC outlet and plug it back in after 60 seconds. Then, check that the Colour setting is set to 50 or higher. You might also want to try changing channels.
