Restart the projector and ensure the Power LED is green. If you recently replaced the lamp, try resetting the lamp connections. Also, try turning off any fluorescent lights or other Infrared-enabled devices in the room that might be interfering. Check the battery polarity and replace the batteries. If none of these steps work, have the remote control serviced.
