Turning the DC output on and off
• The DC output is turned on and off via the button „OUTPUT ON“ (8). Each press changes the status at
the output. The activated output is signalled by the red LED (7).
Setting the output voltage „UCoarse/U Fine“
After activation, the menu always starts with the voltage setting. The volt-
age can be set in coarse mode in 1V-steps or in fine mode (U Fine) in
0.04V-steps.
For coarse voltage setting, „UCoarse“ must be displayed in the bottom
line. If this is not the case, press the button „Menu“(11) as long as this
function appears.
With the rotary control (3), you set the desired output voltage in 1V-steps.
You can read the set voltage value in the first line of the display at „Uo“.
The fine adjustment range can be selected by pressing the button
„MENU“ (11) once. The display indicates „UFine“.
• With the rotary control (3), you set the desired output voltage in 0.04V-steps. You can read the set volt-
age value in the first line of the display at „Uo“.
• The button „MENU“ (11) switches to the next setting function.
Setting the voltage limitation „Umax“
The setting of the voltage limitation prevents an accidentally set excess
output voltage. This function limits the possible setting range.
For setting the voltage limitation, „UMax“ must be displayed in the bot-
tom line. If this is not the case, press the button „Menu“(11) as long as
this function appears.
With the rotary control (3), you set the desired voltage limit. The set val-
ue is indicated as „Umax“ in the first line of the display.
The button „Select“ (9) for the function „RST“ effects the reset of the
last
saved value. If no value was saved (button „OK“ (10)), the factory setting
is reset. „Restored“ is briefly displayed.
The button „Select“ (10) for the function „OK“ saves the current value.
„Saved“ is briefly displayed.
• The button „MENU“ (11) switches to the next setting function.
