8. When a device is successfully connected, the
telephone base displays Mobile phone A is added
and connected to base and the corresponding
status icon (

) displays. The corresponding
device light on the telephone base (
MOBILE 1 or
MOBILE 2) turns on.
When the mobile phone is successfully paired and
connected to the telephone base, the corresponding
status icon (
1
or
2
) displays. The corresponding device
light (
MOBILE 1 or MOBILE 2) turns on.
Notes:
• The pairing process may take up to one minute. If
the pairing process fails, turn off the MobileConnect
feature on your mobile phone and on the VTech
17850 by pressing MOBILE 1 or MOBILE 2. Then
repeat the steps above to pair and connect again.
In some cases, it may take you a few attempts to
complete the pairing process.
• The steps for the pairing process may vary for
different mobile phones. If this happens, follow
the prompts on your mobile phone and your VTech
17850 to complete the pairing process.
