To record your outgoing message for calls without
number:
1. Press MENU or
MENU on the handset or telephone
base in idle mode to enter the main menu.
Press / or / to scroll to Call guard.
2. Press SELECT or
SELECT and then / or / to
scroll to Calls w/o num.
3. Press SELECT or
SELECT and then / or / to
scroll to Announcement.
4. Press SELECT or
SELECT and then / or / to
scroll to Outgoing msg.
5. Press 7 on the handset; or press
SELECT and then
/ or / on the telephone base to scroll to Record
OGM.
6. Press SELECT or
SELECT to start recording your
outgoing message. The telephone announces,
“Record after the tone. Press FIVE when you are
done.” After the tone, speak towards the microphone
of the handset or telephone base.
7. Press 5 or
STOP
Notes:
• Your outgoing message can be up to 90 seconds in
length.
• Outgoing messages shorter than two seconds are
not recorded.
