Notes On Waterproof Case Usage
• This Waterproof Case is operable up to a water depth of 6 feet (2
meters) for 30 minutes with the camera inserted.
• The waterproof performance is in accordance with the current toy
safety standards.
• Do not subject the camera to a jet of pressured water.
• Only use the camera and waterproof case in the recommended
temperature range of 32°F to 104°F (0°C to 40°C). Otherwise,
moisture condensation or water leakage may occur and damage the
camera.
• Waterproof performance can be affected if the case is subject to a
strong impact, such as from being dropped.
• Do not throw the camera into water.
• Do not leave the camera under direct sunlight or in a very hot and
humid place for a long period of time. If you cannot avoid leaving the
camera under direct sunlight, be sure to cover it with a towel or other
protection.
• If the camera overheats it may automatically turn off or recording may
malfunction. To use the camera again, leave it in a cool place for a
while to allow its temperature to drop.
• Thoroughly wash off any sunscreen or other substances that may get
on the surface of the waterproof case with warm water.
• If the waterproof case is used in salt water, ensure that it is cleaned in
warm, fresh water afterwards.
Notes:
• When using the camera with Waterproof Case underwater, images
and videos you take may appear less clear than out of water.
• You can record audio while the camera is in the waterproof case, but
the sound level will be reduced.
• The O-Ring is the most important part of the case. Please ensure it
remains in good condition by following the directions below.
Inspecting the O-Ring
• Carefully check for dirt, sand, hair, dust, salt, threads, etc. on the
O-Ring. If anything is found, wipe it off with a soft cloth.
• Do not leave any cloth bers on the O-Ring after wiping it.
