Basic Operation
Download App for Mobile Access
Download the free MyVTech Baby Pro mobile app and install it to
a mobile device, then use your mobile device and the mobile app
to monitor remotely.
1� Browse the App Store or the Google Play store .
2� Search for the mobile app with the keyword “myvtech baby pro”.
3� Download and install the MyVTech Baby Pro mobile app on your mobile
device.
OR
Scan the QR codes on the right to get the app.
Note: Make sure your mobile device meets the minimum requirement
for the mobile app.
App Compatibility
• Android

6.0 or later
• iOS 12 or later.
After installing the App:
• Sign up for an account
• Pair the camera with your mobile device
• Monitor your baby using a wide range of features
Pair the Camera with your Mobile Device
On Baby Care App, before you start:
• Connect your mobile device to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. This must be the same Wi-Fi
network as the camera will be connected to.
With a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network:
You can start to pair the camera with your mobile device by following the
instructions in the app.
Upon successful pairing, you can hear and watch your baby via your mobile
device.
Tips:
• Move the camera and the Wi-Fi router closer to each other in order to strengthen the network
signal.
• It can take up to approx 1 minute to search for the camera during set up.
