07 HANGING THE FAN

1. Connect the labeled wires from fan to the corresponding wires
on the receiver.
2. Connect the labeled wires from the outlet box to the
corresponding wires on the receiver.
NOTE: Check all wires to make sure they are connected correctly.
Mixing wires may damage the electronics on the fan and receiver.
Use included wire connectors (D). Use electrical tape as needed.
1. Remove 1 opposing screw and loosen the other 2 for the
mounting bracket.
2. Pass supply wires through mounting bracket. 3. Lift motor as-
semby and hang it on the hook on the mounting bracket using one
of the screw holes.
4. Secure the safety cable to the building structure using a wood
screw (C).
NOTE: Safety cable is required for all ceiling fan installations in
Canada. Safety cable is required for ceiling fan and light (combo)
installations over 35 lbs. in both ush and downrod models in the
United States.
