7.2.3 Spark plug: Clean dirty or wet spark plugs. Check spark plug gap (0,5
mm).
7.2.4 Ignition: Gap between fan 0,3 - 0,4 mm.
7.2.5 Cylinder: Keep cooling fins clean.
7.2.6 Rewind starter: Oil bearing bolt lightly after approx. 200 hours of
operation.
7.3 Percussion system, crankcase
Special Lubricating Grase (see technicla data)
Grease check
7.3.1 Grease breaker once a month by way of the red grease fitting of the
crankcase.
7.3.2 Renew grease in bearings of crank mechanism every 600 hours of
operation. Wash bearings thoroughly in appropiate cleaning fluid and
fill approx. 2/3 full with grease. Make sure not to fill in a greater or
lesser amount than that specified.
