12.1 Safety instructions for maintenance
WARNING
Improper handling may result in injury or serious material damage.
► Please read and follow all safety instructions in this operator's man-
ual.
WARNING
Risk of injury from uncontrolled machine starting and moving parts!
► Only perform maintenance work when the machine is switched off.
► Remove the rechargeable battery.
WARNING
Warning of hot surfaces!
Crankcases with engine and guide cylinder can heat up after a short time,
which can lead to severe burns if they come into contact with the skin.
► Always allow the machine to cool down after use.
► If the cooling phase cannot be maintained (e.g. due to an emer-
gency) - use heat-resistant protective gloves.
WARNING
Danger from electric current.
Risk of injury from electric shock.
► Switch the machine off.
► Remove the accumulator.
CAUTION
Health risk from fuel, lubricants and coolants!
► Do not inhale vapors.
► Avoid skin and eye contact.
